The Future Begins with Art – Delphic Games for a Peaceful Europe

The year is 2025. War casts its shadow over Europe. Borders are hardening. Words are weaponized. Authoritarian voices are growing louder – not only where they already rule, but even within the heart of democracies. The world feels more divided than ever.

And yet, from within this darkness, an idea is taking shape. A vision. A hope.

Imagine: Delphic Games held in Europe. Not as a nostalgic look back, but as a powerful symbol of a different future. A future where dialogue is possible again. Where young people meet not in trenches, but on stages. Where colors, sounds, movement and language are not tools of separation – but of connection.

People from our Delphic Movement, with his headoffice in Berlin, are already in conversation with potential partners across the continent. Because we believe the core values of the Delphic Movement – understanding, diversity, human dignity, and artistic expression – are more urgent now than ever before.

Where politics often falters, culture can build bridges. Where words fail, the arts speak. We believe that when people create together, they remember what unites them – and why peace is not just desirable, but essential.

Delphic Games in Europe would be a space for reconciliation. A stage for everything that is different, fragile, and deeply human. A place where children from war zones sing their songs. Where Ukrainian, Russian, Georgian, German, Serbian, Palestinian and Israeli youth dance together – meeting in art, not in conflict.

This is not a utopia. It is possible. And it begins with a decision. A decision for art. For dialogue. For life.

That is why we – with full conviction and with partners at every level – are working to make this vision a reality.

Because the world doesn’t need another spectacle.

It needs a sign.

And that sign can come from Europe. Now.
